Putnam Indian Field School

Annual Benefit

The Auction

A long-standing Putnam tradition since the school began over 30 years ago, the Auction is our major fundraiser. Typically held in the fall, the Auction allows the school community of parents and teachers to come together for one night to celebrate the school and our children. Working on the Auction provides a wonderful volunteer experience to get involved and meet other parents.

Each year, the Auction provides the scholarship funds needed to make PIFS a more welcoming place for people of all backgrounds. It also benefits our wonderful teachers by providing funds for health insurance and retirement benefits that cannot be covered by tuition. Finally, the Auction draws the PIFS family together and helps forge the lifelong friendships that make this first school experience so unique.

This Year's Event: "Surf's Up, Putnam!"

Join us for our annual fall fundraiser, the Putnam Indian Field School auction, titled "Surf's Up, Putnam 2010." This Beach Party in November is sure to be a night to remember!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 6th, 2010, 6:00pm at Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich. Dress is "beach" themed. Come ready to have a good time while raising money for our school. There is still opportunity to get involved on one of our committees or to donate an item to either the silent or live auctions!

Please contact our Event Co-Chairs, Trish Davies (trish@daviesusa.com) and Kim Miller (kimzmiller@hotmail.com) with any questions. --- Surf's Up, Putnam!"
